通过命令行附加如下参数来启动 Chrome 浏览器

macOS： 
open -b com.google.Chrome --new --args --disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled

Windows： 
chrome.exe --disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled
